Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a highly organized Real Estate Investment & Asset Operations Manager to own the financing and execution of investment properties. You will manage financing, renovation bidding, budget tracking, lender coordination, construction draws, refinance prep, and property-level financial reporting.

You will keep projects moving efficiently and costs controlled, with ownership involved mainly in final approvals and major strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate lending, loan underwriting, or BRRRR/rental investing.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with financial trackers and dashboards.
• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare, and negotiate financing options including lenders and terms.
• Obtain and compare renovation bids; manage budgets and change orders to prevent scope gaps.
• Track budgets, payments, draws, and portfolio debt; support underwriting and reporting.
• Provide concise weekly reporting on financing status and project budgets.
