Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, pricing, and strategic decision-making for a growing US-based company.

This role goes beyond bookkeeping; you will build complex financial models, analyze drivers, present actionable insights, and guide management on pricing, cost optimization, and working capital.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, financial modeling, or a closely related role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, gross profit, gross margin, operating expenses, cash flow, and EBITDA.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and longer-term financial projections.
• Build pricing and profitability models incorporating selling price, product cost, freight, duties/tariffs, landed cost, volume, and product mix.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis for changes in pricing, volume, product mix, freight, sourcing, costs, tariffs, and other assumptions.
• Determine required selling prices to achieve target gross margins.
• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast and explain the key drivers behind variances.
• Develop EBITDA bridge and gap-to-target analysis.
• Analyze profitability by product, customer, and business line.
• Analyze historical customer purchasing behavior to identify declining customers, cross-selling opportunities, pricing opportunities, and areas for revenue growth.
• Support working-capital analysis, including accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable.
• Work with large datasets from accounting, ERP, sales, and operational systems.
• Build management reporting and analysis that highlights trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide management with proactive financial insights and recommendations rather than simply reporting numbers.
• Work with our finance and data teams to improve and automate financial models and reporting.
