Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead strategy and execution across RCM, clinical services, payer operations, and provider operations for international healthcare clients.

You will own the operational strategy, financial performance, and KPI governance while building scalable, compliant BPO delivery. You will mentor senior leaders and drive cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations
• 5–7 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale operations
• Experience overseeing two or more of: RCM, clinical operations, payer operations, and provider operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for the healthcare BPO portfolio
• Lead multiple operational functions and accounts across RCM, clinical, payer, and provider operations
• Establish objectives, governance frameworks, and accountability across all service lines
• Drive standardization, scalability, and service delivery excellence across accounts and locations
• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations including patient access, verification, prior authorization, coding, and claims
• Provide strategic oversight of clinical support services including documentation, utilization management, and care coordination
• Sponsor strategic accounts and governance with clients
• Own financial performance including revenue, costs, gross margin, and profitability
• Define KPI framework covering productivity, quality, turnaround, SLA, client satisfaction, and financials
• Lead and develop operations directors, senior managers, and account leaders
