HRTX is seeking a Finance Manager for the Canlubang Plant in Calamba, Laguna. This on-site, full-time role leads financial reporting, budgeting, costing and controls, partnering with the CEO and operations. CPA certification and 8+ years in manufacturing finance are essential.

Qualifications

Must be a CPA with exceptional financial, analytical and business acumen.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant progressive finance and accounting experience.
Solid background in manufacturing, preferably pharma or FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and management accounting to ensure accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and variance analysis to optimize plant expenditures.
Enforce strong internal controls to protect assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform complex financial analyses, profitability studies and scenario modeling for senior management decisions.
Manage investments, cash flow and working capital to maximize liquidity and returns.
Partner with CEO and operations to provide strategic financial guidance on plant performance.
Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and workflows across the organization.
Prepare for progression into Finance Controller role within 12 months.
