Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and planning within a manufacturing setting. This hands-on leader will partner with senior management to deliver accurate insights and drive sound business decisions.

Based in Canlubang, Laguna, the role is onsite with a Monday–Friday dayshift. You will lead the Finance team, strengthen controls, deepen financial analysis, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields.
• CPA preferred; also open to non-CPAs with strong relevant experience.
• 8 years of relevant Finance experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Must have strong backgroundwithin the manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• With hands-on experience and in-depth background in overallfinance management, including: Financial reporting and management accounting, Costing and budgeting, Financial planning and analysis, as well asFinancial controls andinvestments.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior management and provide financial insights to support business decisions, including managing financial reporting and presentations.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sound business acumen and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on increased responsibilities.
• Preferably with training or prior experience in an audit firm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and management accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
• Manage and review costing activities, providing insights on costs, margins, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis and translate financial data into actionable business insights for senior management.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and processes to safeguard company resources and manage financial risks.
• Monitor and evaluate financial investments and provide analysis to support investment-related decisions.
• Partner with senior management and other business functions on financial planning, performance evaluation, and strategic business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and overall business efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Take on broader finance responsibilities as needed and demonstrate readiness to progress into a higher-level leadership role.
