Our Clients in Calamba, Laguna seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial reporting, budgeting, and controls across our manufacturing operations. You will partner with the CEO and operations teams to steer profitability and capital efficiency.

The role demands CPA certification, 8+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing (pharma or FMCG preferred), and a proven track record of strategic financial leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPA certification with strong financial and business acumen.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably pharma or FMCG.
• Extensive expertise in financial reporting, costing, budgeting, and controls.
• Preference for prior SGV & Co or top-tier audit firm exposure.
• Leadership potential and readiness to move to Finance Controller in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and management accounting with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, costing, and variance analysis to optimize plant costs.
• Establish and enforce internal financial controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.
• Perform complex financial analyses and profitability studies to guide senior management.
• Manage investments, cash flow, and working capital to maximize liquidity and returns.
• Partner with CEO and operations to provide strategic financial guidance on plant performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting tools, and workflows.
• Prepare for progression into broader Finance Controller leadership within 12 months.
