PM Consulting is seeking a Finance Manager CPA to lead end-to-end financial reporting and management accounting at the Canlubang Plant in Calamba, Laguna. This onsite role requires strong CPA credentials and substantial manufacturing finance experience to drive budgeting, costing, and control processes across the organization.

• Must be a CPA with exceptional financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Solid background in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, management accounting, costing, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and management accounting processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, costing, and variance analysis to optimize plant costs.
• Establish and enforce strong internal financial controls to protect assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform financial analyses, profitability studies, and scenario modeling for strategic decisions.
• Manage corporate investments, cash flow, and working capital to maximize liquidity and returns.
• Partner with CEO and operations to guide financial strategy on plant performance and initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and accounting workflows.
• Progress to broader leadership responsibilities as Finance Controller.
