STMicroelectronics is seeking a Financial Controller for its Calamba site in the Philippines. You will lead the site’s finance strategy, governance, and performance management to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

The role requires a CPA and a Master in Management, with at least 10 years of country-controllership experience in manufacturing, and strong SAP, Excel, and Power BI skills. English proficiency is essential for business communication.

Qualifications

Master degree in Management for at least a CPA graduate.
10 years experience as country controller in Manufacturing Company (Semiconductor/Electronics).
Extensive knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and Data Dashboarding using powerBI
Excellent in English for business proficiency in both oral and written communication

Responsibilities

To lead the Site Finance overall financial strategy, governance and performance management
To ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, long-term sustainability, and value creation by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to Key Management, General Manager (GM) and Operation Team
To drive financial planning, risk management, capital expenditures optimization and operational efficiency to support ST business goals and profitability
To engage and negotiate with Philippines local authorities, including tax agencies and regulatory bodies to secure favorable tax incentives and ensure adherence to all local laws and regulations
As a member of the management team, the position formulates policies, procedures, and improvement plans to successfully drive long and short-term strategies
