Qualifications

• Senior accounting leadership experience with 3+ years in controller roles.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP in manufacturing/project-based settings.
• Proven ability to design and enforce internal controls and safeguard data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes end to end.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and leadership reporting packages.
• Maintain general ledger structure, COA, and cost allocations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and local standards.
• Design and maintain internal controls across financial processes.
• Coordinate tax compliance with external advisors.
• Support external audits and manage auditor relations.
• Monitor and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; analyze variance.
• Manage cash flow, banking relations, and treasury functions.
• Oversee Philippines office operations and local HR administration.
• Collaborate with US-based leadership to align objectives.
