Job summary

Our Clients in Calamba, Laguna is seeking a Finance Manager to lead end-to-end financial reporting and management accounting. This onsite role partners with the CEO and operations to drive strategic financial guidance and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, costing, and variance analysis for plant operations, strengthen internal controls, and perform advanced financial analyses for senior management. Progression to Finance Controller within 12 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA with exceptional financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Background in manufacturing, preferably Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, management accounting, costing, budgeting, analysis and controls.
• Experience in managing financial investments and working capital strategy.
• Prior work experience or formal training from SGV & Co. or another top-tier audit firm is highly preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical depth, strategic thinking and high-level decision-making.
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior management and executive leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, resilience, and readiness to assume Finance Controller role within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end financial reporting and management accounting processes.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, costing, and variance analyses for plant costs.
• Evaluate and enforce internal financial controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.
• Perform complex financial analyses, profitability studies and scenario modeling for decisions.
• Manage corporate investments, cash flow, and working capital for liquidity.
• Partner with CEO and operations to provide strategic financial guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting tools and workflows.
• Prepare for immediate progression into broader leadership responsibilities as Finance Controller.
