Our Clients in Calamba, Laguna, is seeking a Finance Manager with CPA and at least eight years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing or FMCG. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, partnering with the CEO and operations to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably Pharma or FMCG.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, costing, budgeting and analysis.
• Experience or training from a top-tier audit firm is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and collaboration with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and management accounting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and variance analysis to optimize plant expenditures and manufacturing costs.
• Evaluate and enforce internal financial controls to protect assets and ensure compliance.
• Perform complex financial analyses, profitability studies, and scenario modeling to guide senior management.
• Manage corporate financial investments, cash flow, and working capital to ensure liquidity and returns.
• Partner with the CEO and operations to provide strategic financial guidance on plant performance and commercial initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting tools, and accounting workflows.
• Prepare for immediate progression into broader operational and strategic leadership responsibilities as the prospective Finance Controller.
