PeopleStrong is hiring a SALES35 - Field Accounts Specialist in the Philippines. You will drive sales targets, manage key accounts and ensure product availability and strong in-store presence across assigned customers.

You will develop trade programs, maintain accurate records and reports, and build lasting relationships with partners while promoting brand growth. This role demands proactive engagement with accounts and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and account management.
• Ability to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sales – meet monthly, quarterly and annual volume objectives through effective sales processes and account strategies.
• Distribution/Merchandising – optimize product availability and exposure in assigned accounts.
• Trade and Business Development – exploit opportunities via account-initiated programs.
• Information System and Administrative Requirements – maintain and submit reports and records timely.
• Sales Activity Management & Control – monitor and control account programs and activities.
• Unsaleable Merchandise (B.O.'s) – manage returns and observe proper product handling to minimize BOs.
• Asset Management – protect and fully utilize company assets.
• Trade Relations – maintain productive relationships with key personnel in accounts.
• Safety – practice safe and effective working habits.
• Self-advancement – seek opportunities for self-improvement.
• Others – perform other related duties assigned by management
