Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Cebu is seeking a Workplace and Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of a corporate site, ensuring a safe, compliant, and professional workplace.

You will manage facilities, vendors, workplace services, and site operations while supporting the Site Lead on priorities and cross-functional projects. Responsibilities include facilities operations, space planning, contract management, safety, business continuity, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate)
• 5–10 years in corporate workplace, facilities management, site operations, or related functions
• Experience managing corporate office or site
• 5+ years of project management involving cross-functional initiatives
• 5+ years of leadership, including management of teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a corporate site, ensuring a safe, compliant, efficient, and professional workplace.
• Manage facilities, vendors, workplace services, and site operations while supporting the Site Lead on priorities, governance, and site-wide initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional projects, track milestones, risks, KPIs, and escalations; drive execution with centralized ownership.
