This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a global diabetes care environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities, EHS, or security operations, with strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing facilities management, EHS, security operations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and emergency response practices.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of office facilities; ensure clean, functional, productive environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and compliance programs; lead safety inspections and drills.
• Oversee physical security systems; manage access control, visitor management, and surveillance.
• Lead and coach staff; manage performance, talent development, engagement and inclusion.
