The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in HR Operations leadership, experience supporting regional HR operations (US), and a proven ability to lead global teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 in HR Operations/Shared Services.
  • Experience supporting regional (US) HR Operations in a shared services setup.
  • Track record leading global or regional HR Operations teams and implementing KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day HR Shared Services operations (US/OUS region) with SLA and KPI delivery.
  • Coach and develop HR Ops team members; conduct performance reviews and planning.
  • Partner with COEs, Payroll, HRIS, and HR Business Partners for process improvements.

About the Role

The Senior HR Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of HR Operations while ensuring consistent, high-quality employee experience across the HR Shared Services organization. This role provides operational leadership, drives continuous improvement, and ensures service efficiency across the employee lifecycle. The role is expected to work closely with HR Shared Services Leaders, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, HRIS, Workstream Coordinators and other stakeholders. The role will lead operational execution, support strategic initiatives, and drive collaboration across multiple HR workstreams. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with extensive HR Shared Services experience, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to lead change within a fast‑paced, global environment. This role primarily operates on a night shift schedule and requires flexibility to support global business needs.

  • HR Operations Leadership Lead the day-to-day HR Shared Services operations (US/OUS Region)
  • Ensure consistent execution of HR services while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and operational KPIs.
  • Monitor workload distribution across workstreams, case management, service performance, and operational health.
  • Provide leadership and guidance during operational escalations and complex employee issues.
  • Support business continuity planning and operational readiness.
  • People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop HR Ops team members.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
  • Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement and continuous learning.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with leaders and teams across all HR Shared Services workstreams, including Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Helpline, Job Changes, Terminations, Tier 2 and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across workstreams to deliver a consistent employee experience.
  • Ensure alignment between teams when implementing new policies, programs, or process changes.
  • Build strong partnerships with regional and global HR stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence Drive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Standardize operational procedures and ensure documentation remains current.
  • Review workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Promote cross‑training and shared ownership across HR Shared Services workstreams to build a flexible and resilient workforce.
  • Partner with Process SMEs and Coordinators to implement process improvements and operational best practices.
  • Performance & Service Delivery Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, including SLA attainment, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, backlog, and case aging.
  • Develop action plans to address performance or process gaps and improve service delivery.
  • Support workforce capacity planning and utilization management.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to service standard practices and governance.
  • HR Systems & Technology Support the effective use of Workday and HR case management system.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate case categorization.
  • Partner with HRIS teams on system enhancements, testing, and implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through technology and automation.
  • Projects & Change Management Lead and support HR transformation initiatives and operational projects.
  • Coordinate implementation of new HR processes, tools, and organizational changes.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services leaders and COEs to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support change management activities and drive adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience within HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
  • Strong experience supporting Regional HR Operations (preferably US) in a shared services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global or regional HR Operations teams.
  • Experience implementing operational KPIs, scorecards, and performance management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Case Management (or comparable HR case management platforms).
  • Proven experience leading process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
