Job summary

Unusual Entertainment Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive event operations coordinator to oversee end-to-end event and ticketing processes. You will support the team to deliver successful events, from pre-event planning through on-site execution to post-event wrap-up.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, familiarity with AutoCAD, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and stakeholders across concurrent events.

Qualifications

• Diploma or better from an accredited polytechnic or university.
• Proven experience in live entertainment, events or related industry preferred.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and relevant software is highly desired.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently and multi-task, managing multiple priorities across concurrent events, teams and timelines.
• Meticulous, organised, proactive, highly adaptable.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends.
• Able to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event operational planning and execution, from pre, on site to post event.
• Manage ticketing matters including setup and day-to-day, liaison with ticketing agents and partners, handle customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support and ensure a successful end-to-end delivery of the event within the allocated timeframe.
• Manage and monitor allocated budget and spending.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
