Job summary

Essential Werkz Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and organized Event Coordinator to assist planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows and activations. You will work with project, logistics, carpentry, design and operations teams to coordinate pre-event prep, manpower, onsite setup and event run.

This hands-on and fast-paced role suits someone who enjoys event operations, problem-solving and bringing a project to life.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Events, Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• ITE/O-Level qualifications with relevant experience are welcome.
• At least 1 year of experience in event coordination, operations, logistics coordination, exhibitions, roadshows, or project support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare event materials, manpower, schedules and onsite arrangements.
• Support development of event proposals, timelines, floor plans and logistic documents.
• Handle venue and equipment sourcing, delivery arrangements and setup/teardown coordination.
• Conduct internal briefings and ensure all teams are aligned on event requirements.
• Assist with promoter recruitment, scheduling and deployment for sales or roadshow events.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking and post-event reporting.
