Job summary

Qashier Pte Ltd is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to build and scale its enterprise business in the Philippines. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting high-value accounts to discovery, negotiations, and contract close, targeting multi-location merchants across industries.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to design solutions and accelerate merchant onboarding while hitting quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of originating and closing significant enterprise opportunities.
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders including C-suite, Finance, IT, Operations.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with long decision timelines.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate problems into commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities across Philippines.
• Identify and prospect strategic accounts across retail, F&B, hospitality, healthcare, e-commerce, and other high-volume segments.
• Lead full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and contract close.
• Develop compelling business cases linking Qashier's platform to measurable outcomes.
• Navigate complex buying groups and map stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Own pricing, scope, terms, and internal approvals to close deals.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding.
