Job summary

You will lead investigations, advise managers, support onboarding and performance processes, maintain records, analyze trends, and help develop fair policies while fostering a positive work culture through coaching and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR generalist or employee relations role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns.
• Conduct investigations related to employee complaints or policy violations.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Support HR programs, including onboarding, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to employee relations cases.
• Analyze trends in employee relations and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in policy development, review, and implementation to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Promote a positive work culture through coaching, counseling, and proactive communication.
