Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling ability is required.
• Excel expertise is essential for building complex analyses.
• Familiarity with SQL to navigate BI data infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the BI and Data Analytics team; set priorities and review work quality.
• Drive analyses on key business topics, forecast, and target setting; translate data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Oversee reporting processes and dashboards; standardize reports and ensure timely, accurate data for management reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and product to identify performance improvements.
