Job summary

Trimark Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Accounts Supervisor/Manager to own client relationships and drive sales performance across assigned accounts in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with Digital Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Creatives to deliver on client priorities, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights for growth.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in e-commerce, account management, marketplace management, retail or related role.
• 至少 2 年 client-facing/account ownership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of major marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall commercial health and sales performance of assigned accounts.
• Monitor key KPIs: sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, inventory.
• Coordinate across Digital Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse, Creatives to deliver priorities.
