Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and e-commerce.
• Proven multi-brand, multi-channel campaign management.
• Strong proficiency with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Meta, and Google ads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies.
• Manage campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Meta, and Google.
• Forecast budgets, pacing, and seasonal promotional plans.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns daily.
• Collaborate with KAMs, Operations, and Brand Partners on growth plans.
