Job summary

Arbex is seeking a Demand and Supply Planner to shape the future of tissue and hygiene products. You will manage demand, supply, and ECM planning for India markets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficient operations across BTB and BTC tissue businesses.

You will work with regional teams to standardize planning processes, optimize inventories, and lead the S&OP cycle with senior leadership involvement. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven forecasting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / MBA in SCM from tier I institutes.
• 6–8 years FMCG planning experience (demand, supply or mill).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, JDA and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Leadership and pro-active mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using data and input from sales/marketing.
• Develop production schedules and align with demand forecasts and capacity.
• Lead S&OP processes and report KPI metrics to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with country supply chain leaders for planning and escalations.
• Identify capacity constraints and improve planning processes.
