Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a Demand Planner to join the S&OP team in Metro Manila. You will forecast at a part-number level for assigned locations, customers, and product lines, partnering with product management, sales, and customers to build a consensus forecast.

The role analyzes demand trends, maintains data integrity across SAP/IBP and Excel models, and supports monthly reviews, inventory planning, and continuous improvement of forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; APICS certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in Demand Planning, Demand Analysis, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience supporting S&OP, Demand Review, and cross-functional planning processes.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, S&OP, MRP, and Supply Chain concepts.
• Hands-on with SAP IBP/ERP, JDA, Xelus or similar tools; advanced Excel; Python a plus.
• Excellent analytical, data management and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; regional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refine demand forecasts by region, customer, and product.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and customers to build consensus forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and variance; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare materials for monthly Demand Review, MBR, and S&OP meetings.
• Maintain master data integrity across IBP and SAP; support inventory planning.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives in forecasting processes.
