Job summary

Arbex is seeking a seasoned Demand Planner to establish consensus forecasts for PH FMC products and drive inventory optimization across Sales, Marketing, Planning and Production teams. You will coordinate IBP processes for SEA and ensure forecast accuracy through proactive analysis and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities include leading demand consensus, monitoring market trends, and translating forecasts for planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in supply or demand planning
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and planning tools
• Fluent in English communications (speaking/writing)
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop consensus medium- to long-term forecasts for PH FMC sales/marketing.
• Create monthly forecast submission and review schedules.
• Analyze forecasts against history, seasonality, and planned activity.
• Lead demand consensus meetings with PH FMC sales and marketing teams.
• Translate forecasts for planning processes and split into time buckets.
• Generate accuracy/KPI reports and drive improvements in forecasting.
• Coordinate inputs and participate in SEA FMC IBP meetings.
