TE Connectivity Ltd. in the Philippines hub seeks a Demand Planning Lead to drive day-to-day demand planning for the analyst team. You will ensure accurate, timely plans across regions and product lines, and coordinate with ENG Demand Hub Leader and regional planners for alignment.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills, with hands-on coverage during peaks and a focus on continuous improvement across SAP IBP/ERP and related tools.

• Monitor forecast performance and lead root-cause analysis.
• Deliver materials for Demand Review and SIOP meetings.
• Lead hub projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
