Arbex is seeking a seasoned supply chain planner to own demand, supply and ECM planning for markets across the region. The role focuses on accurate forecasting, inventory optimization and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely product availability.

You will drive S&OP processes, coordinate production scheduling, and partner with regional teams to deliver cost-efficient supply plans while mitigating risks and disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA; MBA preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant FMCG planning experience (demand, supply, or mill planning).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills withExcel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and market input.
• Collaborate with country supply chains, sales, marketing, and finance to gather inputs.
• Lead S&OP process to align demand, supply, and financial goals.
• Create and manage production schedules to meet timelines and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels; implement strategies to reduce obsolescence and costs.
• Oversee weekly/monthly/quarterly planning cycles; report KPI performance.
