Job summary

ARBEX in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Demand Replenishment Planner to drive consensus forecasts and balance supply with demand across PH FMC products.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Production, and other Supply Chain functions, lead IBP processes, and improve forecast accuracy while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

The role emphasizes collaboration, analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP/ERP, Excel, and Power BI, with a flexible, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 5–10 years in supply or demand planning in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Strong Excel, ERP (SAP) and data analysis skills; knowledge of forecasting methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop consensus medium to long term forecasts for PH FMC products.
• Develop monthly forecast submission schedules and review cycles.
• Analyze forecasts against history, seasonality, and activity.
• Lead demand consensus meetings with PH FMC sales/marketing teams.
• Monitor market trends and adjust forecasts for accuracy.
• Translate forecasts for all planning processes and interfaces.
• Split forecasts into weekly/daily buckets and manage versions.
• Report forecast accuracy and KPI trends; improve accuracy over time.
• Coordinate SEA IBP process and inputs from stakeholders.
