You will bridge executive leadership with on‑the‑ground delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, within‑budget outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and data‑driven decision making, with hybrid work in the Philippines and collaboration with the Business Unit Head and governance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong track record in delivery management and client relationships.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Aligns projects with overall business strategy and client outcomes.
• Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Defines KPIs and tracks profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
