Job summary

Capgemini Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead/Project Manager to drive successful delivery of complex, global projects from Manila. You will lead the Delivery Team, coordinate offshore resources, and ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality are met using Agile/Waterfall approaches.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management with 4+ years in data integration or middleware projects.
• 2+ years as Technical Project Manager managing offshore teams.
• 2+ years in a Delivery leadership capacity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects on time, within scope, budget and quality.
• Provide quality and control assurance on customer engagements and track finances/resources.
• Engage stakeholders for requirements clarification and prioritization.
• Onboard project team and define structure; set up project controls per SOW.
• Create comprehensive project work plans and documents; keep updated.
• Manage RAID and help develop contingency plans and mitigations.
• Guide teams on Agile/Waterfall methodologies and best practices.
• Motivate the team and recognize outstanding performance.
• Execute change control processes and secure approvals from the change board.
• Produce delivery status reports and conduct follow-up meetings with customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and act as trusted partner.
• Assist in improving PMO templates and delivery methodologies.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including proposals and estimation.
• Projectize internal initiatives using PM tools and techniques.
• Support sales handover and pipeline resource decisions.
