Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Project Manager in the Philippines to lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives. The role combines operational delivery with process improvements across business units in a hybrid setup based in Parañaque City.

You will define scope, milestones, and RAID logs, embed PMO templates, and drive governance while mentoring teams to ensure quality and timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a BPO/shared services environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of operational, process improvement, and strategic projects across all business units.
• Define project scope, milestones, and resource requirements with RAID logs and risk registers.
• Establish and embed PMO methodologies and templates tailored to the Manila context.
