Dedale is seeking an Expert Data Excellence Associate in the Philippines to own expert engagement end-to-end. You will source and qualify industry experts, lead expert conversations with structured guides, and translate interactions into actionable intelligence aligned to project briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–2+ years in research, expert networks, sourcing, recruitment, market intelligence, or client-facing environments preferred.
• Confidence and clarity conducting live calls with senior professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong internet research and profile identification skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Airtable, CRM systems and research platforms; comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
• Ability to balance speed, quality and accuracy under tight timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify relevant industry experts across sectors, functions and geographies.
• Conduct in-depth profile reviews to assess expertise, seniority and fit.
• Build and strengthen expert pipelines in Airtable.
• Draft and refine screening questions to validate expertise.
