Job summary

Dedale in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Data Operations Support to manage data, optimize workflows, and back critical projects. You will ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and contribute to high-quality output while gaining experience in data operations, project coordination, and resource management.

Responsibilities include database maintenance, admin tasks, project launch coordination, QA checks, workflow coordination, SOP updates, and resource management to support subscriptions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IS/Management or related field.
• At least 1 year in operations support, data management, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with QA processes or database management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and general knowledge on databases.
• Basic understanding of data cleaning and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with subscription-based products, experience in video editing and familiarity with Airtable are a plus.
