Job summary

Dedale Intelligence, Cebu, is seeking a Data Operations & Intelligence Lead to shape and scale our growing Data Operations function. You will align data priorities with business goals, ensure data quality, and build scalable operating structures for rapid growth.

You will work closely with the Data Operations Manager to manage day-to-day production, workload, and performance, driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across Data, Research, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, data operations, research, market intelligence, consulting, or a similar environment.
• Experience improving and scaling complex operational teams or functions, including process optimization, organizational design, capacity planning, and performance management.
• Strong ability to diagnose operational problems, identify root causes, and design and implement practical solutions.
• Experience using KPIs and data to drive operational decisions, with hands-on fluency in relevant tools (e.g., SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI/reporting platforms).
• Experience implementing AI, automation, or other technology-enabled tools to streamline operational workflows.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership.
• Fluent in English; comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Define Data Operations priorities aligned with Dedale's business goals, and translate them into a clear data roadmap.
• Set and continuously improve quality standards (accuracy, completeness, consistency, recency), and build rubrics for consistent application.
• Assess team structures and operating models for future growth, anticipate capacity and capability needs, and support decisions on hiring, structure, and resourcing.
• Establish operating rhythms and dashboards to track productivity, quality, capacity, and turnaround time, turning metrics into actions.
• Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows, apply AI to reduce repetitive work, and measure impact.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Research, and Product to align priorities, acting as a bridge between strategy and execution.

We are looking for a Data Operations & Intelligence Lead to help shape and scale our growing Data Operations function in Cebu.

This role sits at the intersection of data and strategic operations. You will help translate Dedale's broader business and product priorities into clear functional priorities, ensure high standards of data quality, and build the operating structures needed for the function to scale effectively.

You will work closely with our Data Operations Manager, who owns the day-to-day production, team execution, workload management, and operational performance of the Data Operations team.

The Data Operations & Intelligence Lead focuses on functional priorities, data quality, strategic operations, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Priorities & Data Roadmap: Define Data Operations priorities aligned with Dedale's business goals, translate them into a clear data roadmap, and bring evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership.
• Data Quality & Intelligence Standards: Set and continuously improve quality standards (accuracy, completeness, consistency, recency), and build rubrics the team can apply consistently.
• Strategic Operations & Organizational Scaling: Assess team structures and operating models for future growth, anticipate capacity and capability needs, and support decisions on hiring, structure, and resourcing.
• Performance Management & Operating Rhythms: Establish operating rhythms and dashboards to track productivity, quality, capacity, and turnaround time, turning metrics into clear actions.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows, apply AI to reduce repetitive work, and measure impact.

Your Profile:
