Private Advertiser in Manila seeks a Country Leader-Manila SSC to partner with the Senior Director and guide the Global Shared Services team, shaping strategy, targets, and service delivery across HR, Finance, and Facilities.

You will lead locally and influence globally, champion continuous improvement, align with company values, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive performance through metrics, people development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• +10 years progressive management experience, 3–5 years leading a Shared Services team.
• Experience in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Experience growing a Shared Services team with stakeholder support for a global org.
• Experience in employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Cultural competence and ability to manage diverse cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
