Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• +10 years progressive management experience; 3–5 years leading a Shared Services team in a large multinational.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strategic thinker with track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Local Leadership: Manage Shared Services team and drive efficient, standardized processes.
• Global Leadership: Partner with regional/global stakeholders to translate priorities into service expectations.
• Enterprise Impact: Influence financial, customer and operational goals through center of excellence.
