Key responsibilities include local leadership of HR, Finance, and Facilities operations for 400+ employees with plans to scale to 1,000, aligning delivery with global priorities and delivering measurable enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive management experience, including 3+ years leading a Shared Services team in a multinational environment.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management.
• Strong track record in process improvement, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with cultural competence in managing diverse teams.
