Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks a seasoned leader to head the Manila Shared Services Center (SSC). This strategic role is part of the Global Shared Services Leadership Team, driving enterprise transformation and building a “Best in Class” SSC.

Responsibilities include leading HR, Finance, and Facilities for 400+ employees, driving growth to 1,000, aligning with global priorities, and delivering measurable enterprise outcomes while fostering an engaged workforce and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive management experience, including 3+ years leading a Shared Services team in a multinational environment.
• Strong U.S. Stakeholder Management experience.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management.
• Strong track record in process improvement, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with cultural competence in managing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Local Leadership: Lead HR, Finance and Facilities operations for 400+ employees with scalable, efficient processes.
• Drive growth to 1,000 employees and align with global priorities.
• Global Partnership: Ensure Manila SSC delivery supports global priorities and measurable enterprise outcomes.
• Enterprise Impact: Partner with segment leaders to optimize global processes and support financial, customer, and operational goals.
• Engagement: Foster a transparent, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive organizational design, automation, and process re-engineering.
