Job summary

Eclaro Business Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned executive to lead the Manila Shared Services Center as part of the Global Shared Services Leadership Team. You will drive enterprise transformation, head HR, Finance and Facilities for 500+ employees and scale to 1,000.

This role aligns SSC delivery with global priorities, partners with segment leaders, and champions a transparent, inclusive culture while advancing process improvements, automation, and organizational design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive management experience, including 3+ years leading a Shared Services team in a multinational environment.
• Strong US senior stakeholder management experience.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management.
• Strong track record in process improvement, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with cultural competence in managing diverse teams.
