Surge Fitness + Lifestyle in the Philippines is seeking a Corporate Sales & Key Accounts Officer to drive corporate memberships, build strategic partnerships, and tailor wellness programs for businesses.

You will identify prospects, present proposals, negotiate terms, and manage key accounts while collaborating with Marketing and Club Operations to ensure program delivery and client satisfaction. Willing to travel for client visits and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
• Proven experience in prospecting, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Experience in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct client visits, meetings, and corporate presentations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, organizations, and business partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales and revenue targets.
• Present and promote corporate memberships, fitness packages, and wellness programs.
• Conduct client presentations, meetings, and business proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, packages, and partnership terms and assist in closing agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Club Operations, and other departments to ensure successful delivery of corporate programs.
• Maintain accurate records of corporate accounts, leads, client communications, agreements, and activities.
