Job summary

Surge Fitness & Lifestyle in Makati invites a result-driven sales and business development professional to join as an on-site role. You will lead lead generation, manage the sales funnel, and deliver premium member experiences to drive memberships and partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales or hospitality in premium brands, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to mentor teams and exceed targets. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations in fitness, hotel, or five-star settings.
• Luxury service orientation and premium guest experience standards.
• Strong leadership with a track record of hitting sales goals.
• Genuine care and ownership in serving clients and team members.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for lifestyle consultations and tours.
• Analytical mindset with ability to prepare sales reports and analyze trends.
• Team leadership and collaboration to drive excellence and accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field; additional sales/leadership certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and business development initiatives, including on-ground activations.
• Mentor sales team in outbound calls, social media, and referrals; expand member base.
• Own and optimize the sales funnel from lead acquisition to membership conversion.
• Deliver lifestyle presentations, club tours, and consultations for prospective members.
• Motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets; negotiate and close memberships.
• Analyze sales metrics and market trends; prepare performance reports for strategic decisions.
