Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing people and teams.
• Willing to be assigned in Eastwood / Fairview branch.
• Experience in hotel set up or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong management reporting, business tracking, and analytics skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with an adaptable mindset.
• Proficient in using technology, reporting tools, social media platforms, and productivity software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Profitability Management: Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets, balancing revenue growth and cost control.
• Member Experience: Ensure a consistently superior experience for members, addressing their needs and retention.
• Social Media Marketing: Oversee local social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and member acquisition.
• Local Trade Marketing: Implement localized marketing initiatives to support membership sales and community engagement.
• Performance Management: Lead, coach, and evaluate staff performance to achieve organizational goals.
• Facility Maintenance and Improvements: Ensure the facility is well-maintained, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
