Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Large Corporates Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of large and middle-market corporate clients, including local conglomerates and multinationals. The RM will drive profitability by delivering tailored financial solutions while upholding regulatory guidelines and a superior client experience.

The role emphasizes client engagement, cross-selling of products, and collaboration with Credit and Compliance teams to ensure timely loan structuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking, Accounting, Finance, or other business-related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of banking experience serving corporate accounts.
• Strong knowledge of markets, credit and lending, operations, risk management, and commercial banking products and services.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory standards and compliance guidelines.
• Experience working with corporate clients and cross-selling financial solutions.

• Portfolio Management – Manages a portfolio of corporate clients and ensures profitability.
• Revenue and Income Growth – Implements business development strategies to expand wallet share.
• Customer Care – Ensures a positive client experience and coordinates with product groups and compliance teams.
• Loan Negotiation, Documentation, and Administration – Structures loan packages and manages renewals with credit teams.
• Monitoring Loan Portfolio Credit Quality – Monitors credit quality and pursues recovery options when needed.
• People Management – Trains and guides staff to meet client expectations and bank objectives.
