Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Large Corporates Relationship Manager to handle the needs of large and middle-market clients, focusing on trust and partnership while delivering timely financial solutions in compliance with policies.

The RM drives portfolio profitability, expands wallet share, and coordinates with product, operations, and credit teams to ensure a superior client experience and sound risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years banking experience serving corporate accounts.
• Strong knowledge of markets, credit and lending, operations, risk management and commercial banking products.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory standards and compliance guidelines.
• Experience working with corporate clients and cross-selling financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management – Manages a portfolio of corporate clients and ensures profitability through client engagements.
• Revenue and Income Growth – Attains income targets by implementing business development strategies and cross-sell.
• Customer Care – Ensures positive client experience through feedback and collaboration with multiple internal teams.
• Loan Negotiation, Documentation, and Administration – Structures loan packages and manages renewals with credit teams.
• Monitoring Loan Portfolio Credit Quality – Monitors credit quality and escalates as needed to manage recoveries.
• People Management – Trains and guides staff to meet client expectations and bank objectives.
