Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) in Dagupan seeks a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to serve large and middle market corporate clients. You will cultivate trust, deliver financial solutions and ensure a positive client experience aligned with bank policies.

You will manage a portfolio, pursue revenue growth through client engagements, negotiate loan terms with Credit, and monitor portfolio quality while guiding colleagues to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably with a degree in business-related discipline such as Banking, Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years’ experience banking experience serving corporate accounts either as part of service staff, account management, products, or channels and/or related disciplines
• Knowledge in markets, credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and commercial banking products and services to enable cross-selling
• Knowledge of Philippines regulatory standards and compliance guidelines
• Knowledge of working with corporates clients
• Willing to be assigned in Dagupan, Pangasinan

Responsibilities

• Cultivate trust and partnership with corporate clients through engagements and visits
• Grow portfolio profitability by providing financial solutions
• Ensure positive customer experience while adhering to policies
• Collaborate with Credit partners for loan packages and line renewals
• Monitor loan portfolio credit quality and pursue recovery if needed
• Train staff on day-to-day activities to meet client expectations
