Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, maintaining a robust pipeline in CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate/B2B insurance sales.
• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, client presentations, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
• Ability to build relationships with HR managers, business owners, executives, and corporate decision-makers.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and generate new business accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities through strategic prospecting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client business needs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasts, and activity reports in CRM systems.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with prospective corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Support onboarding handoff to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
