Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/B2B insurance sales.
• Knowledge of corporate insurance products (Group life, Group health/HMO, Property & casualty, Employee benefits)
• Skills in prospecting, presentations, proposal preparation, closing deals
• Relationship building with HR managers, business owners, executives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Meet sales targets and generate new business accounts
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Professional, confident, results-oriented, customer-focused
