Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of large and middle market corporate clients. The role focuses on cultivating trust, growing profitability, and delivering timely financial solutions within bank policies.

Responsibilities include loan negotiation with Credit partners, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining strong customer experience across engagements.

Qualifications

• College graduate in business-related discipline such as Banking, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years’ experience in banking corporate accounts.
• Knowledge of markets, lending, credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure profitability.
• Drive revenue growth through business development and broader product portfolios.
• Ensure positive customer experience and collaborate with product, channels, operations, legal and compliance.
• Negotiate loan terms, complete documentation and support credit approvals.
• Monitor credit quality and pursue recovery when needed with compliance.
• Coach a Service Associate to meet client expectations and bank goals.
