Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking a Supervisor, Contract Management to oversee contracts across the Group. You will draft contract documents, monitor renewals, and coordinate tender materials and site visits.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms with vendors, coordinating with Legal Affairs, and maintaining contract checklists and performance reviews for management. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English and Filipino are required for

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in procurement or contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal or Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate contracts to comply with policy.
• Monitor expiration and renewal dates for enterprise agreements.
• Source alternative suppliers and coordinate site visits.
• Prepare tender documents for services and contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal Affairs in drafting agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors until consensus.
• Prepare internal contract documents for approvals.
• Track contract status and cost savings.
