Qualifications

• Two years of procurement or contracts experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal or Supply Chain.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in English and Filipino communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate contracts across the Group and ensure timely renewals.
• Monitor expiration and renewal dates; coordinate with Business Units for renewals.
• Source and coordinate alternative suppliers; participate in site visits when needed.
• Prepare tender documents for required services and for review by the Business Unit.
• Coordinate with Legal Affairs in drafting agreements for management review.
• Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and/or lawyers until consensus is reached.
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare internal contract documents for approvals and update checklists.
• Track contract and bid statuses and report cost savings from contracts.
• Provide assistance on contract matters to Supply Chain team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
